Friends of the Nashua Symphony
They call themselves the F.O.N.S., and for more than 20 years they've functioned as a fundraising arm of the Nashua Symphony Association -- sponsoring and staffing the popular annual Holiday House Tour here in Nashua, an important fundraiser. In addition to this very generous contribution, F.O.N.S. members usually hold a second, smaller fundraiser each spring, volunteer in the office, usher at concerts, and simply help out whenever extra hands are needed. Membership in this eclectic and social group offers a wonderful way to meet people and become more involved in the arts. The F.O.N.S. welcome both active members--those who like to participate in very visible roles--as well as people interested in just the occasional project.
